The Solution:
Our team of web experts created a system that allows users to apply for jobs quickly, and with no paperwork. Not only may a user store their resume on the site so that it is always available to the Grady representatives, but they may also apply for a specific job listing and attach their resume. Since Grady has so many different departments, there is a built in identifier so that only the department offering the position will receive the application.
Grady representatives have a backend area on the site where they can update, add, and delete the job listings that appear on their website instantaneously. This solution was in place until a reorganization and budgetary constraints required Grady to bring all outsourced services in-house.
Our web experts successfully merged Grady job listings with www.ajcjobs.com so that users of the AJC's site could view Grady listings and apply for Grady jobs online.
On average, there are 30 applications/resumes received per weekday, upwards of 50 on weekends.
