The Situation:
Cox Communications, a $5 billion communications conglomerate, needed to empower its corporate intranet with the ability to make any piece of information instantly accessible with a minimum of searching. It was necessary for this new functionality to merge seamlessly with the existing intranet system and be scalable and flexible enough to evolve with organizational changes. Cox also had a sales training course to be translated from a classroom setting to an interactive web course.

The Solution:
Our team of web experts placed a content manager in the existing Cox intranet to filter and organize the vast amounts of information posted by various company departments. As employees contributed new content, our web experts immediately adapted the evolving content via information architecture planning. Meanwhile, the web experts' multimedia team created nine Flash movies that web-enabled the sales training course. The entire multi-faceted project was completed in time to beat both the client's expectations and the internal development of the overarching intranet system.
