The Situation:
RealEstateMojo, an Atlanta real estate firm, needed to update their website. Besides needing a redesign that would be graphically appealing, they also wanted it to appeal to a younger market. Their old site had an overwhelming navigation, and it was very hard to locate information. They needed a company that could make their site and content more concise and understandable, and also create a new design that fit the overall feel of the company.
RealEstateMojo needed to have all of the numerous forms on their site, that were being provided by a third party vendor, converted so that they did not rely on another site to function. They also needed a way to streamline how their real estate agents were displayed on the site, and wanted to allow each agent to have their own contact form, personal biography and pictures on the new site.

The Solution:
Our team of web experts created a custom designed site for the RealEstateMojo website. Upon WebXperts suggestion, the site was broken out into two separate categories; one for Buyers and one for Sellers. This way, users weren't overwhelmed by content, and weren't forced to see information that did not pertain to their needs. The navigation was condensed into easy to understand categories, and the site content was reworded to make it more understandable.
An animated flash introduction that incorporated sounds was created. Our web experts implemented a unique "Contact Our Team" area of both sites, where a user is presented with a group picture of all the RealEstateMojo Agents, and are able to click the specific agent they wish to contact. Each agent was given their own personal page for their biography and photos, in order to make the site feel more personal to potential buyers and sellers.
